12 Obvious Things We Need To Do Every Day

Yes, obvious is the appropriate word to describe the things we need to do every day to accomplish and get more s*it done.

There are lot more obvious things we need to do every day, but I detached only the MOST obvious. As I recently read post on 27 things to do to get more s*it done, one guy in the comment section made my day. The comment was: I guess I will have to retire to get more sh*t done.

Obvious things

Starting from the bottom we will mention the first and most obvious:

1. Go to bed early

Okay, we can laugh now. It goes through your heads: It’s like I am reading post from my parents. To be honest this is the most vital and obvious thing we need to do to have more “negative ions” flowing in our body. If we want to see people truly happy we need to start with the most “obvious” one.

2. Get enough sleep

Getting enough sleep is the second most obvious after completing the first one. It may be difficult to perform this stunt if you start with the first one, but as time goes by and we force the alarm clock earlier, we are going to be able to grant it within a couple of weeks.

3. Wake up early

It is ok. I know you hate me now. These tree things are the most obvious antagonistic causes of hatred. But the most vital combo for the human mechanism is to perform these three obvious things every day. I won’t give medical explanation because we have lot more obvious work to do.

4. Morning routines

Moring routines start with cursing the alarm clock. Throw some cursing at it, put your feet down and rush the blood flow. My morning consist of 110 pushups 50 abs 30 seconds reverse head stand with my legs to the wall. Afterwards I brush my teeth, make coffee, make myself a rich breakfast and rush outside to feel the morning breeze while I enjoy my breakfast. You can use me as an example on this one.

5. Make to-do list

Even though it may sound boring and you may say “I know my daily routines”, but it is scientifically proven that if we have an actual existing written list our brain perceives it lot more frequent. It is a good idea to start the day with visualization.

6. Organize the time

After finishing college and studying all about marketing management, I can measure my entire knowledge brought down to one sentence: “Organize your time”. Time flies, literally. If we don’t plan the time we can lose our life by being unproductive and bored.

7. Do the best at work

Yeah cool. They all say that, but doing the best at work can bring you the biggest award. Even bigger than Leonardo DiCaprio receiving an Oscar! And you can imagine how big that is! By doing the best at our work we build up an imaginary factory of success. That’s how success is achieved, step by step.

8. Take a workout break

If you can make it in the morning you will even beat me! Workouts are boosting the endorphins throughout the whole body. Endorphins are the feel-good chemicals in the body, and imagine what you can accomplish if you release them every morning. There are lots mistakes people do during workouts so make sure you read the 3 must know guides for fitness enthusiasts.

9. Don’t multitask

This is for girls also! It is widely known that girls are capable of doing more things at once. It is also widely known that they need to stop that. We are made to narrow things and discover between the lines. We can accept multitasking only if we are juggling blades and controlling unicycle.

10. Silence the phone

Silencing the phone can be worth gold. When we state the obvious we can conclude that electronics including phones, tablets, and any sound alert causing devices need to be shut so we will be able to narrow to one-thing we are doing at the moment. Sometimes I feel like technology made us bound. Hit the silence button and move the phone away. I know we would rather fight starvation to have the phone near us but this is a must if we want focus.

11. Look back

If you are doing things rather than sitting with your lazy as**s on the couch, I would suggest you to look back from time to time, but not to get yourself stuck in the past. Make one day of the week for time-to-look-back thing. It is vitally obvious to know what you have accomplished so far for.

12. Stay and eat healthy

The most obvious thing to function as a human mechanism is to stay healthy. Staying healthy relies on our dedication spent on our well-being. Clean mountain air, or eating healthy food and proper nutrition can lead to staying healthy.

Perform the 12 obvious things every day (except #11) and you will see big difference in your mood. It may be mood-breaking at the beginning, but believe me you will see the light after a couple of weeks.
