Particles suspended in the air by dust brought by wind, have an inherent electrical charge which bring in water vapor to form particles of water. This in turn attracts other particles to form condensation or clouds. It is easy electrostatics.

Chemicals and metals used in synthetic seeding are silver iodide, potassium iodide, aluminum oxide, barium, strontium, sulfur, solidified carbon dioxide, liquid lp and probably unheard of chemicals that would no doubt have an effect on our health physically, as well as emotionally.
