Michio Kaku is an American theoretical physicist, futurist, and popularizer of science. Kaku is a professor of theoretical physics at the City College of New York and CUNY Graduate Center.

The H-1B is a non-immigrant visa in the United States under the Immigration and Nationality Act, section 101(a)(15)(H). It allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations.

What Dr. Michio Kaku is trying to say is that America has an Achilles heel. They “borrow” people from foreign countries to do their scientific work. Without them, the scientific establishment of the United States would collapse.

United States is “sucking” all the genius people from around the world to do their genius work. Without the H-1B genius Visa the United States wouldn’t prosper.
