Can this help curb symptoms? Possibly. Will it cure it? No. The problem with articles like this is that they set the bar so high that they talk about curing an ailment with one remedy. Can that happen? Sure. Does it happen often? No. Treating chronic disease is a multifaceted approach requiring various remedies. Unfortunately, most people are too impatient to stick the course with treatment and they fail. The biggest obstacle to cure is often the patient themselves.

Try adding acer campestre and ampelopsis veitchii. Betula Pubescens for fatigue and arthritis (and colds/flu). These are gemmotherapies. You can find them on rockwell nutrition. Or you can get them through my patient portal with a 5% discount. drchrisfucci.com

The basics of good health are the following:

    1. In bed at or by 10pm. Every hour of sleep before midnight is worth an extra hour.
    2. Drink plenty of water. Dehydrated cells don’t function optimally.
    3. Aim for eating 9 different color fruits and vegetables daily.
    4. Try to do something fun every day whatever that may be.
    5. 100 deep breaths every day.
    6. Apple cider vinegar 15 min before you eat. 1-2 tsp worth in as little or as much water to liking. Take a shot glass worth 3x/day if you want to help with weight loss.
    7. Sleep in total darkness. Buy a padded mask to cover your eyes if needed. No EMF waves (turn off internet connection on cell phone, no electronics)
    8. Eliminate processed foods, dairy, reduce pastas and breads. Go vegetarian as much as you can. Reduce meat consumption.
    9. Aim for 20 minutes of cardio however it’s done.

You do these things consistently and you should begin feeling better. Chronic diseases do not disappear over night nor in months. It took many years to acquire, it will take time and additional remedies to reverse the disease process.

I have been dealing with rheumatoid arthritis for my whole life, it started about in my early 30s back in the 90s. I would have my hand swell up to big red balloons around my knuckles and I wouldn’t be able to move the hands at all. What I did notice that helped relieve the pain, but not the swelling was Absorbine Jr. The arthritis cream made it easier with the stiffness and the pain when I had the worst conditions. The swelling and the movement were still bad though and sometimes that made it hard to do the easiest of tasks around the house. The thing I noticed at first and the early signs were pain and the swelling. The swelling where my knuckles would get red where the first indications that I had rheumatoid arthritis I searched for alternative treatments and started on rheumatoid arthritis herbal formula i ordered from Health Herbal Clinic, my symptoms totally declined over a 5 weeks use of the rheumatoid arthritis disease natural herbal formula.i read reviews from other previous patients who used the herbal formula,i am now active, i can now go about daily exercise!! Visit there website herbs are truly gift from God.
