You’ll Be Shocked What Is Cleaned From Your Body After Eating THIS For 3 Days

What if you could get rid of dead bacteria, undigested food, a whole host of toxins, antibiotic medications, pesticides, fluoride, chlorine, parasites, and heavy metals, along with the fecal fat that holds these toxins inside your body with just one simple recipe, eaten for a mere three days? If all disease begins in the gut – as Hippocrates once told us – then all disease can be cured from healing the gut as well.

What’s lurking in your gut?

If you have consistent digestion issues like constipation, leaky gut, caused by microscopic holes that are formed in the intestinal tract, flatulence, and indigestion, this is just the beginning. These are warning signs that your gut isn’t healthy.

Those toxins being held in your gut are causing great detriment to the rest of your body, too. They were put there to be expelled, and if the body can’t get the toxins out fast enough then it has no choice but to reabsorb them into the blood stream.

This can lead to fatigue, strange food cravings, weight gain, bloating, skin-eruptions, joint pain, poor memory, and eventually chronic gut inflammation which has been linked to diseases as varied as depression to cancer.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, if you have poor agni – the Sanskrit word that describes your intestinal fire, linked with the cycles of the sun then you will never realize great health. The enteric nervous system (ENS) – sometimes called the second brain of the body cannot communicate with the rest of the nervous system properly when it is drowning in toxins. Our guts have the same number of nerve cells as the entire spinal column, but they can’t work properly if we don’t take care of our intestinal microbiota.

Just like the brain, the gut sends and receives signals via nerve impulses that are constantly communicating every experience, including our emotions. You can imagine what might happen if the ENS is clogged with last week’s trash. Or even the last year’s! It can no longer send out the right signals, or it starts to say, “Hey we’re suffocating in literal crap down here!”

If you aren’t sure if your ENS is in top-of-the-morning-to-you-shape. Ask yourself:

  1. Do you have gas often, especially after eating?
  2. Do you feel heavy and slow?
  3. Is your tongue covered in a thick, whitish film?
  4. Do you feel tired in the afternoon even after getting plenty of sleep the night before?
  5. Does it take you a while in the mornings to really feel awake and ready to go?
  6. Do you get sick with colds and other viruses or bacterial infections often?
  7. Do you feel lazy and unmotivated, like your goals aren’t worth pursuing?

If you answered yes to even a few of these, it is likely you need to do some house cleaning in your gut.

Slow or infrequent bowel movements are often to blame. Slow bowels can be caused by a poor diet, certain medications, antibiotics which kill off all the healthy gut flora, lack of proper hydration, lack of exercise, and more.

These things cause toxins to accumulate in the body, and fat, which usually protects and holds these toxins, begins to accumulate as well. For every pound you lose from eating better, getting enough sleep, and getting active, you are also shedding a whole host of toxic matter that was stored in that fat. If you don’t think you are exposed to toxins and that they build up in your body, consider that the average newborn has 287 chemicals in her umbilical cord blood, 217 of which are neurotoxic (poisonous to nerves or nerve cells). Do you think just maybe, some of those toxins have been trapped in your gut since you were born?

If you have a healthy gut, you should have a bowel movement a few hours after every meal you eat. If you don’t you’ll start to gain weight, feel tired, and have a lack-luster approach to life. Fortunately, the following recipe for the “House Cleaning Salad” will clean fecal fat from the bowels, flush toxins from the body, and provide enough fiber while helping to balance the pH levels of the body – all important steps in restoring your gut’s health. Just eat this salad for three days simultaneously for dinner (or more often if you can stand to) and you’ll be amazed at what comes out of you! The results in your subsequent health are truly amazing.

The House Cleaning Salad

Just a few ingredients can clean your gut and boost your enteric nervous system’s functioning.

Instructions:

Grate 3 parts of cabbage, 1 part beet, and 1 part carrot. You can adjust the amounts depending on if you are eating the salad alone, or if others will be joining you in restoring their gut health. Next, add some organic herbs like cilantro, oregano, cloves, parsley, or basil. These all have a very high nutrient content, but you can add whatever herbs you like. Then, mix the herbs and vegetables well and add a little bit of lemon juice. Finally, sprinkle the salad with some extra virgin, organic olive oil.

This salad will provide you plenty of minerals and vitamins, as well as other nutrients, such as fiber and pectin, which are both known to help clean the gut.

If you want to go the extra mile, you can also start taking a probiotic supplement. This will help add good bacteria to your gut, as you clean out the dead, and dying bad bacteria and toxins.

Eating in a peaceful place, eating only when you are truly hungry, and eating until you are 70% from this day forward will also help maintain the health of your digestive system.
