SELF-IMPROVEMENT

7 Ways To Connect With Your Subconscious Mind And Discover Your True Intention

Every day we take different actions. It doesn’t matter if it’s about our own feelings, emotions, or behavior…

We confront with a lot of things, and this means we need to make certain decisions. Those decisions are based on our purpose, but the tricky part is that our own purpose is almost always subconscious.

We do things, but we rarely pay attention how and why we do them. Of course, there are different situations, and in every situation we have a different purpose, but whatever we do or say we always do it with positive intention (at least for us).

That’s why sometimes it’s not even possible for ourselves to see why we did, or said something, and how those things make others feel…

Not only you, but everyone around you has a positive intention with their conscious or subconscious actions. It doesn’t matter if a particular situation (something said or done) looks wrong to you. To the contributor of that situation, in his/her eyes, they think they did something good, or good in their eyes. Although Hitler is a really bad example here, you see my point…

If we want to be honest with ourselves, we need to start to find the positive intention in everything we do, or in everything others do, and start to analyze the situations from different perspectives.

There are times when we have no idea why and how we made certain choices, but if we want to raise our spiritual level we need to start to develop our inner world.

If you are ready to discover the steps to find the positive intention, read the next 7 advice’s:

1. SET A GOAL TO  FEEL THE POSITIVE INTENTION IN WHAT YOU DO OR WHAT OTHERS DO

By setting a goal to discover the positive intention of something or someone, you already start to see things from a different perspective. While you are doing something, or others are doing something, start to pay attention in order to see what is the real purpose of that situation.

2. CONNECT WITH YOU SUBCONSCIOUS

In order to feel and truly see the positive intention of your behavior or others, you need to peacefully connect with your subconsciousness and your intuition.

3. ASK YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS ABOUT THE POSITIVE INTENTION

When you are connected with your subconsciousness, you can ask everything, but you need to feel well, calm and peaceful. Certain emotion can bring negative outcome.

After that, ask what is the positive intention about anything you want to know.

4. FEEL THE ANSWERS

After you have asked, you subconsciousness starts the process of giving you the answers. Stay calm, relax and feel the answer. You easily recognize with you intuition what’s the positive intention.

5. ACCEPT IT

Whatever the purpose is, the first thing to do is to accept it as it is and continue to the next step.

6. How to analyze the answer after you accept it?

Try see why and how it make you feel. Subconsciously we let ourselves feel the way we feel because there is always ‘something’ inside.

To analyze our positive intention and grasp what we truly wanted to achieve, we must see the ‘something’ that says “yes, you did this with positive intention because of this and that…”

7. CHANGE THE BEHAVIOR (IF YOU WANT TO)

After you have the answer from your subconsciousness, decide if you WANT to change your behavior. If you don’t like how you act and react, you can always find different purposes and have different intentions.

We can find the positive intention in everything, we just need to know that there is always truly positive intention in the ‘something’. The purpose of the different actions needs to be seen from different side called “the neutral side”, where you actually don’t identify with the situations. If we are aware of our positive intention, or others positive intentions, we can communicate easily.

This is our own inside job, and the responsibilities always lie inside of us!
